Rates and Insurance
Individual Counseling - $150.00 per 60 minutes.
Marital/Family Counseling - $175.00 per 60 minutes.
Group Counseling - $175.00 per 60 minutes.
**Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, and Discover), cash and check. Sliding fee scales are available on a limited basis. Payment arrangements maybe an option for future sessions. Please contact Kenya L. **Out of pocket fees will vary depending on the percentage paid by your insurance provider. Deductibles & copays are due at the time of services. There can be no negotiating of these fees.Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) and/or no show appointments are billed to the you for the full amount. In the case of illness or emergency, please notify us no later than 9:00 a.m. the day of the appointment. Please leave a message if you get the voice mail. If your appointment is cancelled or missed, contact the office for a new appointment time. Insurance companies will not pay for no show or late cancellation charges.
